This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, HR operations, and the wider business, and who can translate complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables while maintaining a strong focus on improving employee experience and HR workflows.

My client is working across the ServiceNow HRSD platform, supporting integrations with systems such as Workday, Oracle, and Sage HR. They are delivering end to end transformation programmes, focusing on case management, employee portals, knowledge management, HR services, and workflow automation.

Essentially, you will act as the conduit between HR stakeholders, customer teams, and technical delivery teams.
