I am looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O to join a global organisation with an expanding D365 footprint across multiple countries and business units. This role is key to ensuring smooth transition from implementation to BAU, and driving quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all aspects of Dynamics 365 support and service delivery. What You\’ll Be Doing: Oversee and manage D365 service delivery, governance, and quality standards across CE & F&O Ensure timely handling of developments, incidents, service requests, and problem management Lead the transition from project to live support in collaboration with implementation teams Drive service improvements and enhance user satisfaction through reporting, analysis, and engagement Work closely with internal teams: implementation, CoE, CE/FO development, service desk, infrastructure Lead meetings across multiple levels, from team 1:1s to management-level reviews Prepare performance reports and track key service metrics What my client is Looking For: Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and F&O Proven experience in managing service delivery for D365 in a global environment Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, ITSM/ticketing systems, and sprint management Background in IT support, incident/problem management, and stakeholder engagement Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills Microsoft certifications or equivalent qualifications (desirable) Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a high-visibility role, shaping how Dynamics 365 services are delivered and supported on a global scale.
