This one’s for the ServiceNow project leader who’ve earned their stripes - the ones who can see the big picture but still know their way around the platform. My client’s looking for a hands-on Managing Consultant to take ownership of large-scale ServiceNow programmes and lead delivery across enterprise clients.
You’ll be right in the thick of it driving delivery from discovery through to go-live, managing scope, risk, and budgets, and keeping projects moving across multiple workstreams. But this isn’t a purely managerial role; they’re after someone with genuine technical depth in ServiceNow who can challenge design, guide configuration, and bring credibility to client conversations.
Expect to work across a range of modules: ITSM, SPM, HRSD, IRM, ITOM, and beyond. You will be helping major organisations transform how they deliver digital services. You’ll oversee teams, shape delivery strategy, and make sure what’s built actually works for the business, not just on paper.
You’ll need a solid track record leading large ServiceNow engagements, ideally within a consulting environment, and a background that blends project leadership with platform know-how. Strong communication is a must - you’ll be partnering with exec-level stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and translating between business and tech. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models is all useful, and ServiceNow certifications or PRINCE2/PMP credentials would go down well.
Beyond project work, there’s scope to get involved in shaping propositions, mentoring consultants, and contributing to bids and business development. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys being client-facing but still close to the delivery detail.
In return, you’ll join one of the most respected transformation consultancies in the UK; known for its culture, flexibility, and investment in people. They operate a hybrid model with plenty of autonomy and trust, and offer a clear route for growth within their expanding ServiceNow practice.
If you’re a senior ServiceNow consultant, delivery lead, or technical PM ready to take that next step into managing consultant level leading high-impact digital transformation work with enterprise clients - this one’s worth your attention.
