Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, you\'ll lead requirements definition, process optimisation, and system improvements - while mentoring junior analysts and influencing strategic change.
Responsibilities
- Act as a product owner for internal systems, ensuring business requirements are captured, prioritised, and translated into actionable deliverables.
- Lead the design, documentation, and optimisation of business processes (As-Is/To-Be).
- Drive the adoption of Salesforce, AI, and intelligent tools, ensuring system enhancements deliver measurable business value.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of system changes, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across functions to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improved user experience.
- Produce and oversee test plans, facilitate UAT, and develop training materials to support successful change adoption.
- Champion agile delivery practices, iterative development, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support junior analysts, contributing to the development of best practices across the BA community.
Ideal Skillset
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a senior or lead capacity, ideally within technology-enabled transformation projects.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process re-engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and knowledge of AI or automation platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in process mapping, user journeys, and producing clear documentation.
- Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, SharePoint, and Visio.
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and the SDLC.
