- Fluid Dynamics
- Solid understanding of subsonic and basic transonic flows.
- Understanding of aerodynamic coefficients (Cp, Cl, Cd, Cm) and their physical meaning.
- Basic knowledge of drag components and flow separation.
- Introductory knowledge of turbulence models, Y+, and CFD fundamentals.
- Basic awareness of compressibility effects and shock waves.
- Understanding of how aerodynamic loads affect aircraft performance.
- Basic knowledge of flight mechanics (control surfaces, wing geometry, stability surfaces).
- Familiarity with standard aeronautical terminology (MAC, chord, span, HTP, VTP, etc.).
