As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of complex business and technology projects from initiation through to successful delivery. Working alongside one of the largest internal development teams in the UK, you will engage with senior stakeholders across the business, lead cross-functional project teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
The role requires someone who is confident managing multiple concurrent projects, building strong stakeholder relationships, mitigating risks, and driving delivery across technical and non-technical teams. You'll play a key role in shaping project roadmaps, improving delivery processes, and ensuring critical business systems and initiatives are implemented successfully.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and programmes. Experience working with technology teams, software delivery, business transformation, or large-scale systems integration projects would be highly beneficial. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
You will work 3 days a week from their modern offices in North Lincolnshire, commutable from Hull, Grimsby, Doncaster, Scunthorpe, and the surrounding areas, with 2 days working from home.
