SAP Finance Transformation Senior Manager
£90,000 - £105,000 + Bonus
London / Manchester / Glasgow
This role sits at the heart of large-scale SAP finance transformations, giving you the opportunity to lead complex S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting programmes for some of the world's leading organisations. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive end-to-end delivery, shape finance operating models, and help clients unlock the full value of their SAP investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting implementations, from design and configuration through to testing and go-live support.
- Design and deliver finance solutions covering consolidation, group reporting, treasury, tax, and financial accounting processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support business development activities, including client engagement, proposal creation, and contributing to future SAP transformation opportunities.
Essential Criteria
- Proven hands‑on experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) implementation projects in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in SAP Group Reporting, including consolidation, reporting, and financial data integration.
- Experience configuring SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, with a solid understanding of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and related finance processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead teams and multiple workstreams.
