Are you passionate about transforming the employee experience through innovative HR technology? This is an opportunity to join a leading consulting team delivering large-scale HR transformation programmes, helping organisations redefine their people strategy through SAP SuccessFactors, AI, automation and digital HR solutions. You'll work closely with senior HR and business leaders, shaping technology roadmaps, leading complex transformation initiatives, and driving meaningful organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of HR transformation and SAP SuccessFactors programmes, ensuring successful outcomes, quality delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Partner with senior HR, business and technology stakeholders to define HR operating models, technology strategies and transformation roadmaps.
- Provide subject matter expertise across SAP SuccessFactors modules, guiding solution design, configuration and implementation activities.
- Support business growth through proposal development, client engagement, thought leadership and mentoring delivery teams.
Essential Criteria
- Strong experience delivering HR Transformation and HR Technology programmes, including SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, operating models and digital HR solutions.
- Proven experience managing complex transformation projects and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent consulting, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive strategic change across organisations.
