Inside IR35 | 6-Month contract Hybrid - 1 day per week in Stratford-upon-Avon

We are looking for a highly experienced, business-facing Project Manager to join a dynamic Change function delivering a blend of Infrastructure, IT, and Software projects. This is a role for someone who thrives on end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex business environments.

The Role

You will manage a varied portfolio of projects across Infrastructure, Applications, and Systems. You'll engage early in the lifecycle - often from inception - shaping requirements, steering business case development, and driving delivery through to completion. These can include cloud migrations, new system implementation, decommissioning projects, and large scale network changes.

What We're Looking For

  • Seasoned Project Manager with a broad portfolio of Infrastructure and Application/System projects.
  • Strong Financial Services background, with a preference towards Insurance experience.
  • Proven ability to work very closely with business stakeholders, including budget owners.
  • Demonstrated success managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building capability.
