The Role

We're supporting a highly reputable client in the Financial Services industry who are seeking a Project Manager to assist in a major organisational change programme across their Technology division. Working closely with senior technology leaders and a dedicated Change Management Lead, you'll help deliver their Ways of Working Roadmap and help to improve their Guild based technology model. This includes developing playbooks, including a Technology Guild Playbook, role definitions, competency frameworks, governance models and RACI structures to improve consistency, accountability and delivery effectiveness.

Essential Experience

  • Proven Project Management experience delivering organisational transformation/change initiatives within highly matrixed environments.
  • Proven project delivery experience within one of the following initiatives: New ways of working/role definition, product operating model, future-state operating model, value stream operating model.
  • Strong experience within Agile, Product and SAFe environments.
  • Experience driving change adoption and ways-of-working improvements.
