The Role
We're supporting a highly reputable client in the Financial Services industry who are seeking a Product Management Enablement Atlassian Lead to support a major transformation programme across their Technology division. Working closely with senior technology leaders, Product Owners, Value Stream Leads and Delivery Partners, you'll help evolve Product Management practices and Technology Ways of Working through the effective use of Atlassian tooling. This includes owning and evolving the Atlassian roadmap and backlog, improving reporting, planning and governance capabilities, and driving adoption across the client's Guild-based technology model. You will also oversee an external Atlassian implementation partner, provide Jira administration support, and help develop standards, best practices and governance approaches to improve consistency, visibility and delivery effectiveness.
Essential Experience
- Strong Jira and Atlassian administration experience, including configuration, workflows, screens, permissions, dashboards, reporting, automation and troubleshooting
- Experience administering, supporting or evolving enterprise-level Atlassian products
