We're hiring a hands-on Non-Functional Test Lead to drive NFT strategy and delivery for a major Aladdin transformation programme within asset management. This is a lead role with delivery responsibility; you'll define non-functional requirements, build the test strategy, and execute testing across high-volume, data-heavy systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead non-functional testing strategy (performance, load, volume, resilience)
- Define NFRs with business and technical stakeholders
- Execute real-world scenario testing across data, integrations, and trading flows
- Deliver hands-on testing using tools (JMeter, K6 or LoadRunner)
- Support automation and CI/CD-aligned testing practices
Required Experience
- Strong, recent experience in non-functional testing (multiple engagements)
- Experience in asset management / investment platforms
- Proven ability to define strategy AND deliver
