We are seeking two experienced Software Developers to support a public-sector digital transformation programme based in Jersey. The successful candidates will work across new software development, application enhancement, platform modernisation and enterprise integration. They must be capable of contributing throughout the software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and solution designs through to development, testing, deployment and early-life support.
Ideal Candidate profile:
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Microsoft-stack Software Developer with strong commercial experience across Azure, .NET/C#, modern front-end development and enterprise integration. They should be comfortable taking ownership of technical deliverables, working with limited supervision and contributing within a complex, multi-disciplinary programme. This person must be able to work effectively with architects, analysts, business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party delivery partners. Previous public-sector experience is beneficial but not essential. Experience delivering business-critical applications and integrations within a complex enterprise environment is more important.
Essential technical experience:
- Commercial software development using .NET and C#

Practical requirements:
- Be available from approximately 1 September 2026
- Commit through the initial term ending 27 February 2027
- Be comfortable travelling to Jersey when required
- Be able to stay on-island for consecutive days if necessary
- Provide both an offsite and an onsite day rate where applicable
- Factor Jersey travel and accommodation into their onsite rate
- Confirm current location, notice period and interview availability
- Disclose other active interview processes or potential contract extensions
- Confirm that no restrictions would prevent them accepting the assignment
