Are you a proactive and technically minded Dynamics 365 specialist looking for your next challenge? I am looking for a D365 Technical Support Analyst to play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and improving Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications across Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, SCM, and Commerce.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support across D365 F&O, CE, SCM, Commerce and integrated systems (POS, Adyen, Magento, Formpipe, EDI, printing solutions).
- Troubleshooting and resolving application issues while minimising business disruption.
- Monitoring system performance, including batch jobs and integrations.
- Managing support tickets within agreed SLA timeframes (some occasional out‑of‑hours work).
- Supporting upgrades, testing cycles, and deployments from test to live environments.
- Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business users - translating needs and building strong working relationships.
- Creating high‑quality documentation and delivering training to super users.
- Contributing to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and D365 enhancements.
What You'll Bring:
Essential:- 2+ years' experience with Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Operations.
- Background supporting business applications (ideally retail or manufacturing).
- Hands‑on experience with POS hardware/software.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and experience with ERP, Windows OS, and APIs/web services.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a structured support environment.
- Exposure to D365 modules (Finance, Warehouse & Operations, CE, Commerce).
- D365 Finance and operations
- CE guru
- Good in depth knowledge of supporting D365 in a manufacturing environment
- Technical understanding of SQL, SSRS, Logic Apps, Azure services & BI.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, JavaScript or C#.
- Familiarity with configuring workflows, UI, and system fields.
- ITIL experience or certification.
- Experience working with integrated systems and complex environments.
Location & Working Pattern: Manchester‑based. On‑site initially, with the potential to move to a hybrid model after probation (3 days on - site).
