I'm supporting a consultancy that is expanding its ServiceNow business transformation capability, with a particular focus on Procurement, Supplier Operations, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Shared Services and Global Business Services (GBS) transformation.
Working with senior business stakeholders, you'll help organisations understand how core operational functions can be modernised, standardised and automated through improved processes, operating models and effective use of ServiceNow. This role sits at the early stages of transformation programmes, helping clients assess current ways of working, identify inefficiencies and define the roadmap for change. You'll work across areas such as sourcing and procurement, supplier onboarding and management, shared service operations, employee-facing services and other enterprise workflow environments.
A key part of the role is helping organisations understand how ServiceNow capabilities, including emerging solutions such as Source-to-Pay (S2P), can support broader business objectives, improve operational performance and create a foundation for scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with business, operational and executive stakeholders
- Assess current procurement, supplier management, shared services and enterprise support processes
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, governance, user experience and service delivery
- Evaluate where ServiceNow can support business transformation objectives
- Develop business cases, transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps
- Define target operating models and future-state processes
- Prioritise initiatives based on business value, complexity and organisational readiness
- Support client proposals, pre-sales activities and the growth of the consultancy's advisory capability
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure strategic objectives translate into successful programmes
What They're Looking For
- Experience within ServiceNow consulting, business transformation, operating model design or enterprise process improvement
- Exposure to Procurement, Source-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Shared Services or GBS environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to analyse complex business processes and define practical improvement opportunities
- Experience developing transformation roadmaps, business cases and strategic recommendations
- Understanding of how enterprise workflow platforms such as ServiceNow can enable operational transformation
- Comfortable engaging with both business and technology teams
Package
Salary: Up to £100,000 base + bonus + benefits
Location: Flexible hybrid working with multiple UK base locations and occasional client-site travel.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with business leaders to redesign how procurement, supplier operations and shared services functions operate, whilst helping shape the strategic use of ServiceNow to deliver measurable business outcomes.
