We're continuing our partnership with a highly regarded, fast-growing ServiceNow consultancy that's investing heavily in both its platform capability and technical team. Due to continued demand, we're looking to bring in a hands-on Technical Consultant – someone who enjoys building on the platform day-to-day, while also engaging with stakeholders to shape and deliver the right solutions.
This is very much a hands-on technical position. Day to day you'll be spending the majority of your time configuring, building, and developing within ServiceNow, while also working directly with clients to understand requirements and guide solution design.
What you’ll be doing:
- Hands-on development across ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- Building and configuring workflows, integrations, and custom solutions
- Working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and shape technical solutions
- Leading technical discussions and confidently presenting solutions to clients
- Supporting design decisions alongside senior consultants and architects
- Mentoring junior team members across both technical capability and consulting skills
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on ServiceNow experience in a ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Senior Developer role
- Strong experience across ITSM and ITOM
- Solid technical skills across configuration, scripting, and integrations
- Strong scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.)
- Comfortable in a client-facing environment – leading conversations and presenting solutions
- ServiceNow CSA (essential) + at least one CIS certification
If you’re a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Consultant who enjoys building, solving problems, and working closely with stakeholders – send in your CV for immediate consideration.
Please note – you must be UK-based, and sponsorship is not available with this opportunity.
