In this role, you will design and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions across key areas such as asset management, portfolio management, operations, and risk. You will bridge the gap between business goals and platform capabilities, ensuring every solution delivers measurable value while providing technical governance and oversight across complex ServiceNow programmes. You will also develop technical specifications, technical architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and solution roadmaps for complex enterprise environments.
On top of that, you will architect data structures that power reporting, analytics, and decision-making, and ensure seamless integrations across the platform for a unified experience. To succeed, you will need a strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting and proven experience operating in a ServiceNow Architect capacity. Ideally, you will hold a Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in more than one of the modules mentioned above.
