Akkodis is excited to be supporting a large public sector organisation as it enters a crucial stage of its Oracle Fusion implementation. This an excellent opportunity for a Payroll Lead to play a key role in payroll testing, validation, go-live readiness, and post-implementation hyper care. Your expertise will contribute towards a high-profile programme at a critical point in its delivery and help ensure a smooth transition into a new Oracle Fusion environment. If you have a strong payroll background, Oracle Fusion experience, and enjoy working with stakeholders across both business and project teams, we'd love to hear from you. Your Impact Lead payroll testing and validation activities within Oracle Fusion. Ensure payroll processes, calculations, and outputs are accurately configured and functioning as expected. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Investigate, manage, and resolve payroll-related defects and issues. Work closely with payroll, HR, project, and technical teams throughout the implementation life cycle. Support business readiness activities ahead of go-live. Provide leadership during hypercare and post-go-live support. Act as the payroll subject matter expert across the programme. Who Is This Role For? We are looking for candidates with: Strong experience in payroll operations and payroll processes. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll . Experience supporting payroll system implementations, upgrades, or transformation programmes. Strong testing and defect management experience. The ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working within complex programme environments.
