We're working with a well-established organisation currently seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to support their Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Procurement functions within SCM on a part time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on consultant who enjoys working closely with the business, owning issues end‑to‑end, and delivering practical solutions in a live production environment.
The Opportunity
This role sits within a business‑facing support function, where you'll take ownership of incoming demand via a ticketing system and act as a key escalation point for Oracle Fusion P2P queries. The environment is fast‑paced and unstructured, so you'll need to be comfortable working independently, prioritising your own workload, and engaging directly with stakeholders across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the SME for Oracle Fusion P2P/Procurement
- Managing and resolving BAU support tickets from end users and SMEs
- Investigating issues and delivering end‑to‑end resolution
- Performing hands‑on configuration changes within Oracle Fusion
- Delivering small enhancements and system improvements
- Providing clear updates and communication to business stakeholders
- Working autonomously with minimal structure or tiered support model
