The Role

Recruiting into a Front Office Application Production Support team supporting EMEA Credit trading desks within Global Markets. This is a highly front-office, trader-facing role - candidates must be currently supporting live trading environments. You’ll act as the first point of contact for traders, ensuring stability across critical trading systems covering the full trade lifecycle (execution, pricing, risk, downstream flows).

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for traders during market hours
  • Support electronic trading, pricing, trade capture & risk systems
  • Troubleshoot live trade flow issues (FIX, booking, market data, pricing)
  • Monitor systems and respond to alerts (Splunk/Dynatrace)
  • Own major incidents, drive resolution & perform RCA
  • Support releases, change management & stability improvements
  • Build automation/tooling to improve efficiency

Key Requirements

  • Current or recent (last 2 years) Front Office support role
  • Daily, direct interaction with traders (desk-facing)
  • Application Production Support (NOT desktop/infrastructure)
  • Experience supporting trading systems / trade lifecycle
  • FICC / Credit products (bonds, CDS, indices)
