- Translate business requirements into practical functional solutions.
- Identify process, system and capability gaps.
- Lead workshops and support requirements gathering and solution design.
- Review proposed solutions and challenge unnecessary complexity or customisation.
- Provide functional expertise across configuration, testing, UAT, cutover and go-live.
- Ensure solutions remain aligned with the organisation's global D365 blueprint.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, internal IT and implementation partners.
- Support continuous improvement and the adoption of new D365 capabilities.
What we're looking for:
- Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience across Finance and Supply Chain Dynamics Modules.
- A good understanding of end-to-end business processes in a manufacturing or operational environment.
- Experience gathering requirements, running workshops and shaping functional solutions.
- Confidence challenging implementation partners and influencing key decisions.
- The ability to communicate in business, financial and technical language.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Why Consider this Role?
This is an opportunity to use your D365 functional expertise in a broad and influential global position. You will work across countries, business units and functional areas, helping shape how D365 supports a complex international organisation.
