I’m looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform / Microsoft 365 Developer to support a range of ongoing digital transformation initiatives. This is a hands‑on contract role suited to someone who can work independently, take ownership of solutions, and deliver high‑quality outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.
  • Build custom business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerShell.
  • Develop and support applications across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Integrate Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Produce and maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and platform updates.

  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience developing Teams applications and working with AI‑powered solutions.
  • Expertise in SPFx, TypeScript, React, and modern SharePoint development.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform technologies, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, permissions, and identity management.
