Change Consultant - Major Transformation £45,000 - £50,000 Initial 6-month FTC West Midlands / Hybrid How do you make sure thousands of employees are genuinely ready for a major organisational change - rather than simply being told that it is happening? We are recruiting a Change Advisor to join a large transformation programme entering several important implementation phases. Working as part of an established change function, you will help turn existing change plans into practical activity across a large and complex organisation. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with stakeholders, understanding how change will affect different groups and helping people prepare for new processes, responsibilities and ways of working. The Role: You will work closely with the change teams, programme teams, communications specialists and learning colleagues to support process changes and successful technology adoption. Your work will include: Delivering business-readiness and stakeholder-engagement activity Working with employee groups to understand concerns and barriers to change Translating change plans into practical actions for different stakeholder communities Facilitating workshops, reference groups and engagement sessions Supporting managers to prepare their teams for change Developing stakeholder action plans and following them through to delivery Helping employees understand what is changing and what they will need to do differently Supporting communication and guidance content Coordinating implementation and go-live support Identifying resistance and helping develop practical interventions Supporting the adoption and embedding of new processes and ways of working Who we're looking for You don't need to have led a major transformation programme. We're looking for someone who has already started building a career in organisational or business change and wants exposure to a large, complex implementation environment. You are likely to bring: Experience in organisational change, business change or transformation Strong stakeholder-management skills Experience supporting adoption, readiness or implementation activity Confidence facilitating workshops or stakeholder sessions Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience working with different employee or user communities An understanding of how change affects people, behaviours and ways of working The ability to work within an established change approach and programme structure A collaborative and practical approach to delivery Why join? You should expect to spend approximately three days per week on site in Leeds, particularly where workshops, stakeholder engagement and implementation activity require face-to-face involvement.
