Job Description
Akkodis are currently partnering with a highly reputable organisation on the expansion of their L&D function due to a number of exciting projects that they are working on. You will be joining an established Learning Design team and focusing on the redesign of the organisations licensing learning offering. You will be responsible for designing engaging, high quality and easy to access blended learning solution in line with the organisations wider learning strategy. This will also involve collaboration with relevant business subject matter experts.
Our client is looking for a forward-thinking and creative Learning design professional with a good grasp of modern tools and approaches to help deliver engaging content
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Extensive experience supporting a wide range of clients on designing engaging learning experiences for a broad audience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong Digital design skills
- Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise
Other desirable skills include:
- Synthesaia
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience working in the Insurance or Financial Services sector
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that embraces modern technologies and approaches when designing learning experiences. This is an initial 6 month contract with potential for extension. The role is predominantly remote but there may be the need for very occasional travel to Stratford Upon Avon. The role has been deemed inside IR35.
