As Lead React Engineer you bring the perfect blend of technical React.JS exposure and strong design skills – with the ability to create visually appealing user experiences. You will be accountable for defining code standards, best practice and performance. You’ll be a seasoned Engineer who can provide mentoring to the team if React Dev’s – conduct code reviews, and ensuring high quality code is written. You’ll also own architecture and lead the implementation of the React Application – you’ll bring the ability to build modular and scalable components in React and contribute to UI/UX best practice. Now let’s talk tech. Their highly scalable product is built mainly around the NodeJS ecosystem on the back-end and this is the foundation of their applications. It’s well-geared for websites with the React framework on the front-end – all on Azure platform. So essentially, you’ll be a JavaScript guru (ES6+) and you’ll understand component-based architecture. Knowledge of how to work on single-page application development is key and you’ll have a strong understanding of state management (Hooks) Why join?
