Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a product owner for internal systems, supporting process improvement and automation.
- Understand and prioritise business requirements across teams and functions.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
- Configure, test and deploy AI tools (e.g., autonomous agents and user guidance features).
- Analyse and document current and future state processes (As-Is/To-Be).
- Support the delivery of new features and system enhancements through the full SDLC.
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders, developers, and external vendors.
- Produce and manage test plans, facilitate UAT, and create end-user training materials.
- Contribute to agile delivery practices and promote iterative release strategies.
Ideal Skillset:
- Experience in a Junior Business Analyst or similar role.
- Exposure to Salesforce platforms.
- Experience working with AI tools or an interest in automation and emerging tech.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
