Job Description
CCaaS Support Analyst – Nice CXOne – Fully Remote
Akkodis are currently partnering with a highly reputable client in the Financial Services on an exciting rollout of a new Cloud based Contact Centre Solution (NICE CXOne). The rollout is in it's deployment phase and the team require someone to join their experienced support team to work closely with users on adoption and ongoing support and configuration.
You will join an established team and work with users across the country on a wide range of issues to ensure there is no break in the level of service they are used to providing. This is a fast-paced role and will provide you with the opportunity to work with users across the whole of the UK and gain exposure to different aspects to the system including Outbound Dialler, WebChat and Analytics
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
– Previous experience working in a Technical Support capacity
– At least 6 months' experience supporting the NICE CXOne Platform
– Good Telephony/Voice/Contact Centre support experience
– Excellent communication skills
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an stablished end client on a large scale deployment of a modern tool. An initial 9 month contract with high possibility for extension. This role is fully remote (from the UK) and has been deemed inside IR35. Rates and client details will be discussed once we start reaching out to the shortlist.
