We require candidates to be UK based with the right to work in the UK.
We require candidates to be willing to travel to London or Manchester one day a week and to other European offices when required.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure our technology services are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
- Manage IT service processes across a large and complex environment.
- Oversee incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
- Manage stakeholders and project delivery at senior levels.
- Manage vendors and maintain strong working relationships.
- Travel weekly to our London or Manchester offices and to other offices across Europe when required.
Technologies: ITIL
This is a hybrid role with one day per week in either our London or Manchester office. The day rate is £450 to £500.
