I am supporting a large, international organisation as it strengthens its Procure to Pay (P2P) capability across a complex, multi‑country operation. They are hiring an IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business teams and technology, ensuring P2P processes are clearly understood, well designed and effectively supported by the underlying ERP platform.
This role is well suited to a Business Analyst with strong process knowledge, experience working on ERP‑led change, and confidence operating in a global, stakeholder‑heavy environment.
What You'll Be Doing- Business Analysis & Requirements
- Work closely with business and product owners to gather, refine and validate requirements within the Procure to Pay domain.
- Produce high‑quality business and functional requirements documentation.
- Translate business needs into clear functional designs and user stories.
- Ensure requirements are complete, realistic and aligned to wider programme goals.
- Process Design & Mapping
- Analyse current ("as‑is") processes and design improved ("to‑be") states.
- Build end‑to‑end P2P process maps and visual workflows.
- Apply recognised frameworks and best‑practice models to process design.
- Clearly communicate complex processes to a wide stakeholder audience.
- ERP & Change Delivery
- Support ERP implementations and enhancement initiatives, particularly within finance and operations.
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and delivery partners.
- Track requirements through the full delivery lifecycle and manage updates as needed.
- Support implementation teams through clarification, documentation and ongoing analysis.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Participate in regular stakeholder sessions and project updates.
- Identify dependencies and overlaps across concurrent initiatives.
- Maintain and update knowledge repositories as systems and processes evolve.
- Strong background in Procure to Pay and finance‑related business analysis.
- Experience working on ERP‑driven projects (implementation or optimisation).
- Confident process mapper with experience producing clear documentation and visuals.
- Comfortable working across multiple countries, cultures and time zones.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Business Analyst Experience is essential.
- Experience using process and collaboration tools (e.g. Visio/Lucid, Jira/Confluence or similar).
- Familiarity with Microsoft‑centric environments, including Dynamics 365, is advantageous.
- Experience with structured process frameworks is beneficial but not mandatory.
