We’re looking for a highly organised Software Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of cutting-edge software across multiple vehicle development programmes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced engineering environments, coordinating across teams, and keeping complex programmes on track.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating software programme activities across multiple vehicle programmes
- Tracking software deliverables, gateway readiness and project milestones
- Managing VDR lifecycle activities using Jira or similar tools
- Monitoring software releases, code drops and feature delivery progress
- Supporting reporting, governance and risk escalation activities
- Working closely with engineering teams including E/E Leads, DREs and Module Owners
- Helping resolve software issues, bugs and engineering changes
What we’re looking for
- Experience within automotive, engineering or OEM environments
- Background in programme coordination, software delivery or project support
- Experience using Jira or similar project tracking tools
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and engineering processes
Nice to have
- Experience with embedded software, vehicle systems or electrical architecture
- Engineering or software-related degree
