We are currently seeking an Electronics Engineer to join our growing UK engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the full electronics product lifecycle — from requirements capture and concept development through to integration, validation, and qualification — within a regulated engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex electronic circuits and system architectures
  • Support electronic products through integration, testing, debug, and qualification
  • Collaborate with systems, software, mechanical, and safety engineering teams
  • Produce technical specifications, architectures, and verification documentation
  • Contribute to technical reviews, engineering decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support bid and proposal activities through technical input and estimation
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in peer reviews

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience across the full electronics design lifecycle
  • Experience working within regulated or formal engineering environments
  • Hands-on board-level and system-level testing experience, including bring-up, debug, and EMC activities
  • Experience producing technical documentation and defining requirements

Required Skills:

  • Strong electronic circuit and system design capability
  • Experience with schematic capture tools such as Cadence, Mentor Graphics, or similar
  • Understanding of engineering standards, processes, and lifecycle methodologies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
