- Identifying and resolving data quality issues, escalating exceptions where appropriate.

- Working across multiple business domains and applications, balancing priorities to keep delivery on track.
- Collaborating with technical teams, data owners and operational stakeholders to maintain a consistent view of data readiness.
- Supporting knowledge transfer and documentation as the programme progresses.

- Experience working with structured migration methodologies and documenting mapping rules.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across both technical and business teams.
- The ability to work independently and deliver against programme deadlines.
Desirable Experience
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Large ERP transformation programmes.
- Finance, planning, reporting or other middle-office systems.
- Large, complex, multi-site organisations.
