Akkodis is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Engineer to support the launch and delivery of vehicle cyber security technologies into manufacturing environments.

This is a highly practical, hands-on role where you'll be the cyber security expert on site, working directly with production teams, suppliers and engineering functions to investigate issues, implement fixes and ensure vehicles can successfully progress through build and release activities.

  • Analysing vehicle, ECU and End-of-Line (EOL) logs to diagnose cyber-related build issues

  • Experience in automotive testing, validation, launch or manufacturing support environments

  • Strong hands-on experience with CANoe, Wireshark and vehicle/ECU debugging

  • Understanding of vehicle cyber security technologies including SecOC, IPsec and key provisioning

  • Experience with CAN, CAN-FD, Automotive Ethernet and SOME/IP

  • Strong problem solving, issue management and root cause analysis skills

  • Willingness to travel regularly to UK manufacturing sites
