Are you an organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator or PMO professional looking to develop your career within a complex engineering environment?
We are seeking a PMO Analyst to support our Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) team, helping to deliver challenging technical projects through effective planning, reporting, resource coordination, and project governance support.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to large-scale engineering programmes while working alongside experienced engineering and project management professionals.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities
- Maintaining project data and reporting within project management tools
- Producing project status reports, dashboards, and management information
- Assisting with resource planning and capacity management activities
- Supporting Engineering Group Leaders with project administration and governance activities
- Monitoring project milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Helping ensure project data accuracy and consistency across the department
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and reporting
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or Project Support role
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical capability
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving
Desirable Experience
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, defence, or other technical environments
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Planisware (o Smoz), or similar project management tools
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Experience supporting technical or engineering projects
