We are recruiting a Change Advisor to join a large transformation programme entering several important implementation phases. Working as part of an established change function, you will help turn existing change plans into practical activity across a large and complex organisation. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with stakeholders, understanding how change will affect different groups and helping people prepare for new processes, responsibilities and ways of working. The Role: You will work closely with the change teams, programme teams, communications specialists and learning colleagues to support process changes and successful technology adoption.
