For a current project in the field of plant engineering, we are urgently seeking an experienced site manager (m/f/d) to provide on-site support. The project involves setting up highly specialised test rigs for the automotive industry, particularly for weather simulations. The focus is on complex systems such as cold chambers and cryogenic applications.

Aufgaben:
- Coordinating and managing all contractors and trades on site
- Ensuring the construction process runs smoothly whilst adhering to deadlines, quality and safety requirements
- Managing interfaces between the construction site and project management
- Regular site reporting to the responsible project manager
- Monitoring of works in accordance with technical specifications and project objectives
Profil:
- Several years' experience as a site manager in plant construction - essential
- In-depth knowledge of complex industrial construction projects, ideally in the field of refrigeration and cryogenics
- Very good written and spoken English (project language)
- Strong assertiveness and experience in stakeholder and contractor management
- Independent and structured approach to work
