- Prepared to work autonomously if needed, lead the delivery of work assignments, and actively engage with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of outputs
- Manage discreet work packages preparing bids, controlling costs and delivering solutions
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and influencing skills with the capability to write clear and concise engineering documentation
- Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team, with an awareness of the challenges and opportunities that this may bring and a passion for innovation and collaboration
