The Role:

I am looking for a driven Sourcing Analyst to join a large global brand headquartered in Birmingham, West Midlands. As a Sourcing Analyst, you will analyse production capacity, transport costs, product specifications and customer requirements to identify the most cost effective source of supply. This is a key role working alongside commercial, operations and supply chain teams to enable smart and balanced decisions that deliver measurable financial impact. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days a week on average in the Birmingham head office.

The Person:

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar Analyst role previously, ideally with experience in supply chain planning, operations analysis and business analysis. You must be highly analytical, commercially aware and motivated by solving optimisation problems using data and insight. You must have a proven track record of working with data, building reports and supporting business decisions. Advanced Excel skills are essential as is experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
