You will take ownership of EPM solutions across Planning / PBCS / EPBCS and/or FCCS, acting as the senior client-facing lead and guiding delivery from design through to go-live. The role offers a strong mix of solution leadership, client advisory and delivery ownership, with the opportunity to lead major workstreams on large programmes.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead Oracle EPM workstreams across major transformation programmes.
  • Own Planning / PBCS / EPBCS and/or FCCS solutions from design through to delivery.
  • Act as the key client contact.
  • Lead discovery, requirements and solution design workshops.
  • Translate complex finance requirements into practical Oracle EPM solutions.
  • Lead functional and technical design and ensure quality across delivery.
  • Guide consultants and offshore teams across configuration, testing and implementation.
  • Oversee data, integration, controls and wider solution dependencies.
  • Lead deployment, go-live and post-implementation activity.
  • Support proposals, pre-sales and wider practice development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience delivering Oracle Cloud EPM implementations within a consultancy environment.
  • Deep experience in Planning / PBCS / EPBCS and/or FCCS / Financial Consolidation & Close.
  • Experience leading EPM modules, workstreams or projects through multiple stages of the implementation lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes across planning, forecasting, close, consolidation and management reporting.
  • Confidence working directly with senior client stakeholders.
  • Experience leading workshops, solution design discussions and key delivery decisions.
  • Ability to translate business and accounting requirements into effective EPM solutions.
  • Experience managing and developing consultants across project teams.
  • Wider exposure to modules such as ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS or EPRCS.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management experience.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

  • Own High-Profile EPM Workstreams - Lead major Planning or FCCS workstreams across complex transformation programmes.
  • Strong Client Exposure - Operate as a trusted advisor to senior finance and transformation stakeholders.
  • Broader Delivery Ownership - Combine module leadership with the opportunity to lead smaller engagements end-to-end.
  • Work Across the EPM Suite - Deepen your core specialism while gaining exposure to wider Oracle EPM capabilities.
  • High-Quality Programme Exposure - Work on complex, large-scale programmes across major private and public sector organisations.
  • Long-Term Career Growth - Build the architecture, commercial and leadership experience that supports career progression.
