They need a senior consultant who understands the platform and can help clients answer questions such as, "We already have Microsoft Copilot and Service Now, so where should we use each one?"
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work with senior stakeholders to develop practical AI and automation strategies with Service Now at the centre.
You'll help them identify useful opportunities, decide which ones are worth pursuing and turn those ideas into roadmaps and business cases.
The role covers AI capabilities across the Service Now platform rather than one specific product.
Depending on your background, you could be advising on Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Control Tower, agentic workflows, enterprise search or Moveworks.
A big part of the job will be helping clients understand where Service Now AI fits alongside tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
