Akkodis are currently working in partnership with a leading service provider to recruit an AutoDesk Construction Cloud Consultant to aid in the expansion, support, and evolution of this platform - driving adoption and capability as our client digitise across all their UK sites. Please note this is a hybrid role with frequency of onsite presence varying from week to week but will exceed no more than 3 days a week in the office.
The Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to define digital delivery needs and CDE requirements
- Design and implement scalable CDE strategies that align with business goals
- Drive engagement and adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud across project teams and departments
- Advise on BIM processes, digital delivery, and information management best practices
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
- Configure, maintain, and support the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform
- Onboard new projects and users, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience
- Support and optimise related tools (e.g. Revit, Plant 3D, Tandem) within the CDE
- Deliver user training, provide coaching, and serve as a first-line support contact
- Monitor compliance with ISO 19650 standards and ensure workflows are followed
- Define user roles, approval workflows, and assurance processes to support scaling
- Contribute to future system integrations (e.g. asset management, P6) to enable 4D capability and beyond
The Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (e.g. Docs, Build, BIM 360)
- Proficiency with SharePoint for content and document management
- Effective communicator able to work closely with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
- Comfortable working independently on business-as-usual tasks and collaboratively on digital strategy projects
- Solid understanding of BIM methodologies and ISO 19650
