Senior IT Engineer (3rd Line Support) - £28,000 - East Sheffield (5 Days Onsite) If you're an experienced 3rd Line Engineer looking for more responsibility, project ownership and a clear route into leadership, infrastructure, security or Dev Ops, this could be the ideal next step.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your day resetting passwords or dealing with routine support tickets.
You'll be the senior escalation point for complex technical issues, working closely with Infrastructure and Development teams while helping to shape standards, processes and the future direction of IT.
You'll also act as a deputy to the Team Lead when required, giving you exposure to leadership responsibilities while remaining hands-on technically.
