We're partnering with a growing organisation that is investing heavily in its operational capabilities and looking to appoint a Strategic Partnerships Manager to play a key role in the next phase of its growth.
This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to shape how the business works with external partners and service providers, helping to build the frameworks, governance and relationships needed to support an expanding operation.
The role would suit somebody who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where they can have real impact. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple business functions, influence key stakeholders and play an important role in helping the organisation scale.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing relationships with external partners and service providers.
Supporting the assessment, selection and onboarding of new partnerships.
Developing governance frameworks, service standards and performance measures.
Establishing KPIs, reporting and management information to monitor performance.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand operational requirements.
Driving service improvement initiatives and helping resolve performance issues.
Supporting contract reviews, renewals and commercial discussions.
Coordinating due diligence activities and ensuring appropriate governance processes are followed.
Helping build scalable processes that can support continued business growth.
What We're Looking For
Experience across supplier management, vendor management, third-party management, strategic partnerships, procurement or outsourcing.
Experience working within a regulated, professional services or commercially complex environment.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Experience developing or improving governance frameworks, KPIs or operational processes.
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
