Software Testing Engineer required for long term contract assignment based in Stevenage. Essential Skills Experience Systems proving: Experience in E2E software testing at scale/large complex programs. Python coding experience. Experience in using HP, IBM ALM/ETM, Doors, JIRA. Familiarity with SCRUM agile mind-set and methodologies for software development. ISTQB: Software testing certifications. Desirable Skills Software testing in Defence Industry. Simulation/ Emulators experience. Responsibilities: Test/Proving Planning Both be able to work off formal requirements and to flexibly interpret customer needs to form a vision of how the software should behave. Understanding design and architecture including defining software test bed requirements. Developing comprehensive software test plans, designs, and specifications.
