SAP Finance Transformation Manager
£75,000 - £90,000 + Bonus

This role sits at the heart of large-scale SAP finance transformations, giving you the opportunity to lead complex S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting programmes for some of the world's leading organisations. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive end-to-end delivery, shape finance operating models, and help clients unlock the full value of their SAP investment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting implementations, from design and configuration through to testing and go-live support.
Design and deliver finance solutions covering consolidation, group reporting, treasury, tax, and financial accounting processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Support business development activities, including client engagement, proposal creation, and contributing to future SAP transformation opportunities.
Essential Criteria
Proven hands-on experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) implementation projects in complex enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in SAP Group Reporting, including consolidation, reporting, and financial data integration.
Experience configuring SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, with a solid understanding of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and related finance processes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead teams and multiple workstreams.
