An established organisation is embarking on a major ERP transformation programme and is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Lead to take ownership of the successful delivery of a new enterprise-wide ERP platform.
This is a high-profile role that will lead the ERP programme from design through implementation, acting as the key link between the business, technology teams and implementation partners. You will drive decision-making, champion best-practice processes and ensure the solution delivers meaningful business outcomes.
The Role
Operating at both strategic and programme-delivery level, you will:
- Lead the implementation of a new ERP platform across the organisation
- Act as the primary ERP programme lead, coordinating business, technology and third-party delivery teams
- Drive fit-to-standard adoption and challenge unnecessary customisation
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define future-state processes and operating models
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, resolve design decisions and build stakeholder consensus
- Manage ERP scope, priorities, risks and dependencies throughout the programme lifecycle
- Oversee system design, configuration, testing, data migration and deployment activities
- Ensure integration with key business systems including CRM, HR, finance and operational platforms
- Coordinate implementation partners and hold suppliers accountable for successful delivery
- Lead change management and user adoption activities to maximise business value
- Support training, communication and business readiness planning ahead of go-live
- Provide regular programme updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
