Lead Oracle Consultant

Our client is looking for a full-time Lead Oracle Consultant to join their team. Responsibilities: Serve as an Oracle Cloud HCM Subject Matter Expert, supporting HR processes, and system implementations, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Manage functional requirements. Collaborate with business teams to design solutions, translate requirements into functional specifications, and oversee global testing to maintain system integrity. Requirements: Extensive functional knowledge and hands-on expertise in Core HR, Recruitment, and Talent Management modules, covering implementation, configuration, and ongoing support. Demonstrated experience as a Lead or Senior Functional Consultant in a global environment. Experience in translating high-level business requirements into functional specifications. Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with business teams. Note: It will be a direct hire from our client not through us. You need to have the right to work in the UK.
