We are partnered with a Humanoid team who are looking to hire a specialist Field Service Engineer to be the primary technical representative responsible for the operational success and maintenance of robotic systems deployed at customer sites in London.
What you'll do!
- Perform system bring-up, diagnose and resolve robotic hardware and software issues, conduct preventative maintenance, and manage spare parts.
- Assist in integrating the fleet-management platform with customer WMS, WES, and MES solutions for seamless facility deployment.
- Be the face of the company in the UK, helping to grow the team based in London.
What you'll need!
- Demonstrated background in servicing and maintaining sophisticated electro‑mechanical systems, with 5+ years of relevant experience preferred; robotics and automation experience is advantageous.
- Familiar with software environments including Linux, RViz, PlotJuggler, and ROS.
- Proficient in Jira Service Management for creating, managing, and tracking support tickets.
