The IUS Team Leader plays a key role in managing and coordinating Integrated User Services, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective team performance. They work closely with customer managers to meet service standards, identify areas for improvement, and provide timely reports. Focused on team growth, they oversee resource planning, skills development, and shift management. Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and SC clearance are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with customer manager to deliver a quality service to the end users
  • Oversees daily operations
  • Risk analysis with knowledge of when to escalate
  • Continually look for innovations and improvement initiatives to enhance the service quality
  • Produce adhoc reports for the Project Manager and customer
  • Line management of multiple personnel
  • Help manage team resourcing, hiring, onboarding, and releasing resourcing
  • Monitor and evaluate teams skills
  • Maintaining a shift pattern

Required Experience:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
