Job Summary: Building relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and driving revenue growth through onboarding and activation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CRO and Head of Marketing to target a defined list of circa 140 new service providers globally.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to generate new leads and optimize partner acquisition campaigns.
- Engage and convert new service provider partners across defined regions and segments.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and contract close.
- Effectively hand over certain Service Providers to the sell-through team for ongoing account management.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) for all pipeline activity, forecasts, and outcomes.
- Track and report on sales performance against quarterly and annual targets.
- Occasionally support cross-sell and upsell into existing accounts when this role owns the customer relationship.
- Travel as required for customer meetings, industry events (including speaking opportunities), or sales workshops.
